A four day intensive lecture course taught by the leading scientists from the Deans' Forum member institutinos was held at the University of Tokyo from September 7th to 10th, 2015. The course which systematically combined the fundamentals of micro/nano fluidics with cutting-edge bio-medical applications was attended by graduate students of UTokyo, as well as students from Cambridge and UCB. The course was followed by a students session, where the students from the three universities made presentations on their research and exchanged ideas.
