Online Application for Exchange Student Program under Agreement with Partner Universities (EAP program)
Supervising Professor
Please use the T-cens Online Application System to apply for the EAP program. Contact your home university coordinator to receive the URL to begin the online registration process and follow the instruction below.
Part of our unique culture is that every student, including undergraduate level students, belongs to a laboratory under a supervising professor. Therefore, you must find a professor who will accept your studying in his/her lab, and supervise you during your EAP program. (You can undertake course work during your research period as well.)

In the T-cens application system, you will be submitting a request to your desired supervising professor(s) one by one until you get an approval.
1) Register yourself via the T-cens Online Application System first, then finish filling out the application forms and uploading the necessary documents.
2) Look for a couple of desired supervising professors to whom you are going to submit a request for approval through T-cens. Then, check the List of Professors under the Supervising Professor section on your T-cens page and make sure that the names of the desired supervising professors you found are there.
★How can I find information about the professors?★ Please use our websites, search engines (Google, Yahoo, etc.), and whatever other means you need, including the sites below:
Departments in Graduate School of Engineering Index by Department Departments in Faculty of Engineering UT Search3) By following the instructions in the Supervising Professor section, send your request to the professor one by one, starting from your 1st choice. (Please do not send any inquiry to your next choice professor unless you receive a negative response from the previous professor.)
4) After the professor has evaluated your application documents online, he/she will advise by e-mail whether you have been accepted or declined.
5) If your first choice of professor is unable to accept you, please make sure to press the red "Declined" button then you should repeat the process above with your next choice of supervising professor. You will need to repeat this process until you receive an approval.
